Ready to get out of the house? Join us for a tropical-inspired multi-course wine dinner, prepared in-house by our talented Chef de Cuisine, Chris Mushall. 

Cabin Fever Wine Dinner, MENU:

FIRST COURSE:  Seared Ahi Tuna 
Sesame seed-crusted ahi tuna served with wakame salad and a soy ginger ponzu sauce
Pinot Noir
SECOND COURSE:  Plantain and Shrimp Salad
White gulf shrimp, fried plantains, jicama, grilled mango, and papaya, with a Riesling vinaigrette 
Semi Dry Riesling
THIRD COURSE:  Bronzed Red Grouper   
Florida grouper over Carolina Gold Rice, andouille sausage, red beans, celery, peppers, and onions, finished with lemon-parsley butter
Naughty White
INTERMEZZO:  Mango Sorbet
FIFTH COURSE:  Hatch Green Chili Pork 
New Mexico Hatch green chiles braised, and shredded pork shoulder over Yucca root puree, topped with pineapple- black bean salsa
Nice Red or Select Harvest Gewurztraminer 
DESSERT COURSE:  Coconut Cake and Ecuadorian Chocolate
Moist coconut cake with dark chocolate sauce, shaved Ecuadorian chocolate, and Cerise cream
