- Rich-layered tropical and stone fruits aromas
- Hints of honeyed almonds and fresh bread

- Creamy body, persistent warm finish
Food Pairing Notes
A genuine food-friendly wine. The medium body and acidity will stand up to savory foods. It pairs excellently with pork, chicken, sausages, stewed white meats, aged cheese, and pasta with lemon cream sauces.
Winemaker’s Notes
Head Winemaker Brian Hosmer and his talented cellar team artfully craft our sustainably-grown fruit into an array of wines to charm every palate. Only carefully selected grapes for their concentrated flavors are used for our Proprietor's Reserve label. The grapes were fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels with sur lie aging with monthly bâtonnage to add a creamy, round mouthfeel and complex nose.
Serving suggestions
Best served only lightly chilled at 50-55°F to avoid dulling its complexity and pairing powers. Recommended: remove it from the ice bucket or refrigerator 20 minutes before pouring to let it warm up. It’s not necessary to decant.
