Pairing Suggestions
Great for a party! Enjoy it by itself or pair it with cream-based desserts, ice creams and sweet bakery products, such as cookies, tarts, meringue or pies. Try it with coconut cakes, pecan pies, panettone, puddings, muffins, Baked Alaska, or panna cotta. Besides desserts, our Beguile pairs well with cheese, cured meats, and grilled vegetables. It is a pleasure to savour the savoury taste of salami alongside the sweet taste of wine while the acidity and carbonation cut through the fat and refresh the mouth. A mouth-watering balance is created this way. For adventurous diners, it can also be served with spicy ethnic dishes like fish tacos or curry, as the sweetness counterbalances their bitter flavors.
Serving suggestions
Best served well-chilled at 43–50 °F. Do not decant. For the best fizziness experience, serve it in sparkling wine glasses.
