Winemaker's Notes
Our late founding winemaker, Mark Johnson, designed our Naughty (Semi-Dry) and Nice (Sweet) white wines to complement our Naughty & Nice Red wine series. These wines are crafted to be fruit-forward and have a smooth finish. Crafted from Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and other Michigan white varietals, the blend provides an aromatic-fruity bouquet alongside spicy undertones. Through the exclusive use of 100% stainless steel fermentation, a delightful and refreshing flavor is achieved, free from the influence of toasted oak barrels.

Pairing Notes
This wine has a delightful fruity character that makes it a great pairing with various dishes. Here are a few examples:
- Cheeses: The saltier the cheese, the nicer the contrast. Your culinary journey will be enhanced by the delightful companionship of Feta, Pecorino, Halloumi, and Parmesan.
- Spring vegetables: Our Nice White boasts herbaceous notes that make it an excellent complement to vegetable-rich dishes, especially those featuring spring vegetables. If your recipe features dill, zucchini, fennel, artichoke, asparagus, or peas, our wine is a perfect pairing choice.
- Thai food: If you're looking to spice things up in the kitchen, Thai cuisine offers some fiery options with the perfect blend of lime and chili. Our top picks would be the Thai chicken salad and Thai green curry.
- Desserts: A great way to enjoy a glass of Nice White is to pair it with fruit tarts, macarons, or even a delicious passionfruit and mango pavlova.
