“Cooking with an Asian flare” With Chef Bill Given
You don’t have to travel to Asia to eat great food. In this class you’ll discover the flavors and techniques of Asian cooking so you can prepare it yourself and share with family and friends. You’ll make Beef Dumplings, Thai coconut curry, and fresh Summer rolls among others.
