Warning! Must love zesty food with a little heat, touch of smoke and a lot of intense flavor. We'll make cajun recipes that will make you feel like you've been down to the Louisiana, down on the bayou. We'll start with a roux and end with beignets. Shrimp Jambalaya, Cajun Corn and Bacon Maque Choux, Andouille sausage Gumbo, and Fresh puffy beignets.
