Dishes such as, Scallops with Roasted Bone Marrow, Turnip Puree, and Buerre Blanc,, Roasted Rack of Lamb with Root Vegetable Bolognese, and Harissa-Lemon Emulsion, and for dessert a Coffee Caramel Cremeux, Toasted Almond Mousse, and Bourbon Cream.
