Be one of the first to experience Château Chantal’s inaugural "Fire and Ice Wine Dinner". Hosted on Saturday evening January 27, 2018 as part of our first annual "Ice Wine Festival". Each course of the dinner will pair synergistically with a wine hand-selected by our vintner. Satiate your palate with dishes paired harmoniously with all three of our Ice wine products: Vidal Ice wine, Entice (our port-style ice wine), and our “ liquid gold“ Estate bottled Ice Wine. Other wines will also be featured during the dinner to deliver an experience that is unmatched. This price includes food, wine, tax and tip.

Poached pear stuffed with chevre and topped with granulated sugar and caramelized. Served over a bed of baby arugula with walnuts,and a raw honey tarragon vinaigrette

Fire roasted pepper bisque
Roasted red pepper and poblano bisque with smoked gouda, served with a crostini with chipotle rouille
